Taking up mountain biking 6 years ago, I never imagined that I would be having as much fun or riding the challenging trails that I am today. As a beginner, FirstTracksMTB.com helped me with the fundamentals of mountain biking – and now as I improve, they are pushing me beyond my goals by introducing more difficult yet achievable skills. These include; drop offs, jumping, riding technical trails and I have even entered the world of enduro racing!

With the help of FirstTracksMTB.com I feel that I am continuing to improve, not just plateau at a certain level. The biggest improvement in my riding was achieved when they designed and built a pump track in my own back garden. This enables me to practice the skills they have taught me so they become a reaction, not a thought when out on the trails.

More importantly, my family have as much fun as me (maybe not quite as much fun!) riding around the pump track. I am now able to share my hobby and teach my children the mountain bike skills I have learned with the help of FirstTracksMTB.com.

Glyn took Chain Reaction Cycles / Nukeproof team riders Sam HIll, Matt Simmonds and Joe Smith out to ride the new trails and we had a fantastic day.
